The ideal candidate must have ability to supervise and monitor workers for fabrication according to autocad drawings, designs and prepare weekly production work plan. This is fresh level full-time position offers a competitive salary range from $5,500-7,500 per month.

Responsibilities for Factory Production Manager:

• Candidate must have ability to develop and implement production schedules to meet manufacturing targets.
• Ensure that resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials are optimally allocated.
• Adjust production schedules in response to any delays or unexpected issues.
• Manage production budgets, colntrolling costs while optimizing resource use.

Qualifications for Factory Production Manager:

• Candidate must have bachelor’s Degree for high-level position.
• Must have 2 years of experience in manufacturing and production management.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools, including Enterprise Resource Planning.
• Familiarity with machinery, equipment, and process automation technologies used in the specific industry.
