We are seeking a Sales Manager who thrives on developing sales strategies, driving performance and leading the team to success. You’ll be well versed in leading high performing teams and will be approachable and able to bring people on the journey of growth.

Opportunity for National Sales Manager:

This role reports directly to the CEO and is a key member of the Senior Leadership team. You will lead a team of 9 direct reports nationally (sales reps and AM’s) and will be responsible for shaping the company’s sales strategy. This role would see you traveling across New Zealand to visit the different regions and roll out initiatives, as well as BAU check ins and one on ones. A company vehicle will be provided.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and national branding
  • Mentor and upskill the sales team ensuring they have the tools to succeed
  • Identify new opportunities, build and maintain strong partnerships with existing clients
  • Ability to maintain and boost morale as well as drive staff incentive initiatives
  • Bring a fresh perspective and create strategies that will take the business to new heights
