BioPak is a premier compostable single use packaging brand based in New Zealand, Australia, the UK and Singapore, driving consumer habits to carbon neutral, compostable, plant based food service packaging. Our Customer Service team plays a pivotal role in the success of BioPak. As such, we’re looking for people who want to be part of a fast-paced environment, with the passion to provide the best service in the industry to our customers. We’re looking for someone who can handle any query, any complaint, with patience and professionalism, creating an individual, positive experience for every customer.

What you will be doing in your day to day:

  • Providing sales and customer service support to new and existing customers in a fast pace environment
  • Consulting with customers on the product range
  • Liaising with customers and successfully resolving escalations via phone or email
  • Processing orders through Netsuite (our inventory management and order processing system)
  • Taking enquiries via phone and email from customers on order related issues
  • Costing and invoicing
  • Administrative duties
  • Liaising with our internal purchasing & operations teams
  • Overall Customer service focused with an account management mindset

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous order processing/administration experience highly regarded (but not a must)
  • Exceptional ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Experience working in a fast paced high volume environment
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • A passion for the environment
  • Excel skills and Netsuite experience preferable
