Business Development Manager Job in Taiwan

Philips is seeking for business development manager to join our dedicated team in Taipei City, Taiwan. This is fresh level full-time position offers a competitive salary range from $43,000 to $45,000 per month.

Your role:

• Sells assigned portfolio of products within an assigned geographic territory, negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services
• Develops and executes territory business plans driving product usage, brand recommendation (MOR, Most Often Recommended), to meet and exceed direct sales targets.
• Achieving established revenue growth expectations within assigned territory, and achievement of monthly/quarter/annual selling out target in his/her area.
• Ensure orders are collected and Turnover targets are reached
• Commercially co-responsible for developing business partnership with customers, focusing on developing consultative sales partnerships with the customers
• Monitor customer stock situation, effectively manage out of stock situations, and monitors customer overdoes
• Align the GTM approach across the Categories or Businesses with the marketing priorities
• Responsible for identifying competitive moves in collaboration with the market BM&S and supported by Insights and Analytics

Your team:

You will report to Sales leader, S&RC GC. You will work closely with marketing, product sales, technical support, etc. You will be based in Taipei.

• Bachelors degree and 5+ years of healthcare industry experience
• Experience with different sales techniques and pipeline management
• Experience in marketing technology, healthcare or medtech products or solutions
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Computer use competency
