Key Responsibilities

• Handle reservations from multiple channels including phone, email, and online platforms, following standardized procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy

• Work closely with bookers, hotels, and sales teams to create a seamless pre arrival process for every guest

• Provide customers with informed and personalized interactions by keeping promotions and hotel details up to date at all times

• Maximize revenue opportunities by applying upselling strategies, suggesting room upgrades or additional services when appropriate

• Ensure compliance with departmental policies regarding booking confirmations, cancellations, and payment terms

• Maintain accurate records of all reservations and guest requests in the property management system

• Provide support to management as required, including generating reports or handling special projects500

Qualifications

Minimum of a Diploma in any discipline, or at least two to three years of related experience in reservations, customer service, or sales. Ability to communicate and administrate effectively in a fast paced environment, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word is required. Familiarity with Property Management Systems and reservations systems would be an advantageous edge. Fluency in Japanese both spoken and written would be an advantage to support business operations in Japan.
