To provide administrative and management Manager Culinary support in the CATRION Culinary Academy.
Manager Culinary Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist Director with daily administrative tasks and requirements.
- Maintain and adhere to Academy accreditation requirements.
- Place orders on UCAS System and Amer as requested by Director.
- Liaise with procurement department on purchase requests.
- Provide support as requested for Academy events, and activities.
- Assist Director with program logistics and database management.
- Provide induction support and presentations.
- Provide visitor tour support.
- Communicate with program participants and schedule meetings as requested by Director.
- Communicate and support logistics for guest chefs, lecturers, and visitors to Academy.
- Assist Director with inventory management, product sourcing, and budgets.
- Assist Director with training material development and recipe management.
- Provide translation support verbally and written as requested if applicable.
- Maintain database of training participants, performance evaluation and achievements.
- Maintain training summary reports, monthly board reports and program assessments.
- Perform such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in office management or a related field
- 3–4 years of overall professional experience, 2–3 years of relevant experience in office management or a similar role
- Solid knowledge of administrative coordination and office operations.
- Excellent personal and interpersonal Manager Culinary skills. Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook).
- Excellent organization skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
