What you’ll be doing?

• Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial statements, regulatory FRR reports, and monthly management reports for SFC Type 1, 4, 9 & Money Lenders License operations.
• Strategic Planning: Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly operational reviews to drive business performance.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure daily operations meet requirements set by regulatory bodies such as SFC and SEHK.
• Cash Flow Management: Oversee treasury functions, maintain healthy cash flows, and handle funding operations.
• Stakeholder Relations: Liaise with auditors and tax authorities on various financial matters.
• Team Leadership: Collaborate with your team to maintain smooth financial operations and reporting.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational Background: Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Industry Experience: 5-8 years in the finance industry, preferably within a securities firm.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of FRR reporting and SFC preparation is essential.
• Communication Skills: Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Personal Qualities: Enthusiastic, detail-oriented professional with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Availability: Candidates who can start immediately are highly preferred.
