Administrative Coordinator Job in Canada

Candid Trucking Inc. is a leading trucking and logistics company dedicated to providing reliable and efficient transportation services. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administrative Coordinator to oversee financial record-keeping, payroll, and payment distribution. This role will also provide essential support with LMIA processes.

Duties

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Manage and maintain office records, including shipping documents, invoices, and delivery schedules.
  • Support the human resources team with employee records, onboarding, and compliance documentation.
  • Prepare reports, invoices, and other necessary paperwork for management review.
  • Maintain and update the company’s database systems.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable as needed.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards within the trucking industry.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the trucking or logistics industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of trucking industry regulations is a plus.
