Our client, a premium automotive service provider in Dubai, is looking for an experienced and skilled automotive electrician/EV technician to join their dynamic team. If you’re passionate about high-end vehicles, electric vehicle technology, and diagnostic systems, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize computerized tools (CAN Bus, LIN Bus, K Bus) for electrical diagnostics.
• ECU Programming & Coding: Handle programming for various control units (ECM, TCM, ABS, SRS, EPS).
• A/C Systems: Troubleshoot and repair air conditioning systems.
• Aftermarket Installations: Install and repair vehicle tracking systems, dashcams, fuel sensors, RF readers, and remote engine shutdown systems.
• EV Maintenance: Perform high-voltage battery replacements and EV component repairs.
• Sensor Calibration: Calibrate sensors and handle controller programming (MCU, CDU).
• System Repairs: Diagnose and repair mechatronic and electronic systems in both combustion and electric vehicles.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure safety compliance in high-voltage EV systems.
• Fleet Support: Assist with fleet management solutions and aftermarket accessory installations.

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in automotive electrical systems
• Strong knowledge of EV systems, diagnostics, and battery maintenance
• Experience with luxury car brands and multi-brand workshops preferred
• Ability to read and work from wiring diagrams
• Familiar with programming tools and advanced diagnostic software
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently or in a team
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Degree/Diploma in Automotive or Electrical Engineering
• EV/High-voltage training certification is a plus
