The Automotive Electrician at GSS will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the electrical systems of various vehicles. This includes tasks such as troubleshooting electrical faults, installing and repairing wiring, and ensuring all electrical components function optimally. The role requires proficiency in using diagnostic tools and a strong understanding of automotive electrical systems.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Electrician to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining the electrical systems of a wide range of vehicles, from luxury marques to everyday sedans. You will possess a deep understanding of automotive electrical systems and have a proven track record of success in troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in cars, SUVs, and light commercial vehicles.
• Interpret electrical diagrams and schematics to identify faulty components.
• Utilize specialized diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint the source of electrical problems.
• Repair electrical components: wiring, batteries, alternators, starters, lighting, and ECUs
• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer specs and safety standards
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed
• Communicate repairs clearly to customers and provide quality service
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma qualified.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience working as an Automotive Electrician in the UAE.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical systems on a wide range of vehicles.
• Strong understanding of automotive electrical theory and principles.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and scan tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
