LuLu Capsquare KL is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. This role is crucial in providing a smooth and efficient checkout experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process customer transactions using cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Handle cash, credit/debit card, and other forms of payment securely and responsibly.
  • Provide customers with receipts, change, and information on purchases.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding store products and promotions.
  • Collaborate with sales associates to ensure accurate pricing and product information.
  • Perform daily cash register operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Resolve transaction disputes and discrepancies with professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Previous cashier experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical transactions.
