LuLu Capsquare KL is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. This role is crucial in providing a smooth and efficient checkout experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer transactions using cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card, and other forms of payment securely and responsibly.
- Provide customers with receipts, change, and information on purchases.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding store products and promotions.
- Collaborate with sales associates to ensure accurate pricing and product information.
- Perform daily cash register operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Resolve transaction disputes and discrepancies with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous cashier experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical transactions.
