Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in various stages of cheese production, including curd cutting, cooking, whey draining, and pressing.
• Monitor and maintain optimal sanitation and hygiene standards in the production area.
• Operate and manage machinery used in cheese-making processes.
• Perform quality checks on cheese products to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Pack and label finished products for storage and shipment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets and maintain efficiency.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a secure workplace environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
