Chilled/Frozen Pick Packer in New Zealand

Gilmours has been providing an outstanding service to the Hawkes Bay for 8 years and they are excited to announce the opening of their new Warehouse in Napier! They have opened in November, they are searching for energetic, reliable, and focused staff members to help in multiple areas. They are looking for a Chilled/Frozen Pick Packer to help them to provide excellent service and demonstrate to their clients that they have what they need! Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, Wave assistant and Team leaders.

Responsibilities of Chilled/Frozen Pick Packer:

• Responsible for picking and packing customer orders using our WMS system, full training is provided.
• In a fast-paced environment – you’ll work with your Team leader and Wave Assistant and team members every day to drive 100% completion of customer orders.
• You will be picking and packing a combination of grocery, liquor, chilled, frozen and butchery items.
• Create, drive, and deliver awesome customer experiences through following processes and adherence of standards.
• Starting rate + Chilled and Frozen allowance ($2 per/Hr)

Requirements for Chilled/Frozen Pick Packer:

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, honest and be a good team player.
• Have worked in a previous retail/wholesale environment or other FMCG business.
• You will be a doer, capable of speedily delivering high volumes of quality work, yet also be flexible and able to respond to incoming requests.
• Be physically fit as heavy lifting is involved up to 20kg.
• Willing to work extra when required with great attendance references.
• Fork hoist and reach license would be preferre.
• Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
