Responsibilities of Chilled Production Staff:
- Operate and monitor production equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain product quality and consistency!
- Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
- Assist with the packaging and labeling of products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety and quality control.
Requirements for Chilled Production Staff:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
