About the Job

The Class 3 Delivery Driver at UPS Singapore is responsible for delivering and collecting packages across the island. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Changi, Singapore. You’ll work as part of a team that helps ensure packages are delivered safely, accurately, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect packages (inbound and outbound) daily.
• Perform on-road audits and submit delivery documents.
• Collect cash or cheques for COD (Cash on Delivery) or COP shipments and submit them daily.
• Identify any service-related issues and report them to supervisors.
• Provide sales leads based on customer interactions.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

• Driving license:Valid Class 3 driving license (Class 4 is a plus).
• Experience:Familiar with Singapore roads and delivery routes.
• Physical ability:Capable of lifting and handling packages up to 35 kg.
• Education:Secondary education or equivalent.
• Language:Basic English communication skills (to interact with English-speaking customers).
• Availability:Willing to work 5 days a week, including overtime when needed.
• Note:Drivers cannot drive the company van home.
