Responsibilities

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe and timely manner
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy, correct charges, and customer satisfaction
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles
• Operating the power tailgate for safe and efficient unloading of heavy goods
• Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and handling client complaints professionally
• Adhering to assigned routes and maintaining delivery time schedules
• Abiding by all traffic and transportation laws and maintaining a clean driving record
• Preparing delivery-related reports and documentation, such as delivery confirmations and incident logs
• Conducting daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and reporting any maintenance issues
• Handling goods with care, especially fragile or perishable items
• Ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery vehicle at all times

Requirement

• Customer facing, friendly and patient personality
• Must be able to handle physical work due to job nature
• Able to use simple mobile technology
• Valid Singapore Class 4 driving license (vehicle provided
