Cleaner/Maintenance Staff in LuLu HyperMarket, Kuala Lampur

LuLu Capsquare KL is looking for diligent and attentive Cleaner/Maintenance Staff to help maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of our hypermarket. This role is essential in providing a pleasant and safe shopping environment for our customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
• Handle the disposal of trash and recycling materials in an efficient and environmentally responsible manner.
• Assist in minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and maintaining cleaning equipment.
• Ensure all areas of the store, including aisles, shelves, and checkout areas, are clean and free from hazards.
• Respond to cleaning emergencies or spills as they occur.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and store policies at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift moderate weights.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

• Good organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
