Commercial Manager Job in Hong Kong

With newly awarded project, directly reporting to divisional head, you will be leading a team of professional QS to look after pre and post contract administration and management for mid-large scale building infrastrucutre projects mainly in Hong Kong. You will also work and liaise closely with internal and external parties, including consultancies & contractors throughout the project management cycle. We are seeking a commercial manager to join our dedicated team in Hong Kong.

About the Requirement

• 15 years of relevant experiences, preferably with reputable and sizable main contractors in Hong Kong
• Track record in managing mid-large scale civil and building infrastructure projects in Hong Kong, with solid experiences managing MEP works and contracts
• Good leadership skills with proven record leading a sizable team
• Qualified holder of MHKIS/ MRICS is highly preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with different stakeholders
• Good command in both English and Chinese
• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
