Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for Supply Chain across all mapping activities, engaging with teams in Commercial Manufacturing, Regulatory, Manufacturing Science and Technology, Quality, and Finance on a global scale.
Serve as the Supply Chain representative on matrix teams for complex projects, actively participating in the development of project plans, setting priorities, and providing critical input on timing and resource allocation.
Utilize appropriate software and IT systems to effectively manage key projects, ensuring data accuracy and visibility across stakeholders.
Manage customer expectations and influence decision making across cross functional groups, demonstrating effectiveness in navigating diverse priorities.
Take full responsibility within the scope of assigned materials or projects, working proactively and collaboratively with Quality, MS&T, Regulatory, Supply Chain Planning, Finance, and other teams to resolve issues that could block the timely flow of materials.
Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the supply chain function.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field, with significant experience in pharmaceutical or biotech supply chain operations. Strong knowledge of end to end supply chain processes, including commercial manufacturing, regulatory requirements, and quality systems, is essential. Demonstrated experience serving as a supply chain representative on matrix teams for complex projects is required. Proficiency with supply chain IT systems and software is necessary for effective project management. Excellent communication, influencing, and problem solving skills are critical, as is the ability to work collaboratively across global, cross functional teams. Experience with supply chain mapping activities is highly desirable.
Benefits and Perks
This is a six month contract position with a strong likelihood of extension, offering a competitive hourly rate ranging from $65 to $85 per hour based on experience and qualifications. The role follows a hybrid schedule with three days per week onsite in Massachusetts, providing flexibility while maintaining valuable in person collaboration.
