Customer Planner Job in Hungary

Responsibilities of Customer Planner:

• Create the shipping documentation and realization of shipments to customers.
• Daily analysis of orders
• Preparation of reports, statements and calculations
• Participate in new projects.
• Cooperate with other departments within organization.
• Managing the transport to/from customers
• Daily meetings interdepartmental
• Daily handling with ERP system “QAD”
• Creating packaging flows with customers / suppliers
• Creating packing instructions for external and internal customers/suppliers
• Optimization of existing packaging solutions
• Managing the packaging inventory.

Eligibility Criteria for Customer Planner:

• Master/bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in the field of logistics
• Minimum 2 years of planning production and material management experience in Industrial or Automotive environment
• Confident English knowledge (fluent Hungarian language skill is a must)
• Driving license
• Effective computer skills to improve daily work.
• Good cooperative, organizing and communication skills, process approach, independence and ability to coordinate.
• Open to business trips
• Knowledge of the “QAD” ERP system will be an additional advantage.
