LuLu Capsquare KL is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the shopping experience at our hypermarket.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
- Inform customers about products, services, and promotions available at LuLu Capsquare KL.
- Handle customer transactions and process returns or exchanges as per store policy.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store policies, procedures, and products.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
- Collect and report customer feedback to management for continuous service improvement.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
