The ideal candidaate must have ability to manage the filing and imaging of proof of delivery and finance documents. This is fresh level full-time position offers a competitive salary range from $50,000-$60,000 per year.

Responsibilities for Customer Support Officer:

  • Candidate must have ability to maintain mainland linehaul subcontractor rates.
  • Ability to provide general administrative support and coverage during leave.
  • Perform northbound consignment data entry.
  • Manage the filing and imaging of proof of delivery & Finance documents.

Qualifications for Customer Support Officer:

  • Candidate must have high school certificate.
  • Must have certificate III or IV in customer engagement.
  • Diploma in Business Administration.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management software including salesforce, Zendesk.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Ms Word, Excel and Outlook.
