Demand Planning Analyst Job in Poland

Energizer Holdings. Inc is seeking for demand planning analyst to join their team in Warsaw, Poland. The ideal candidate must have ability to analyze and support a closed feedback loop with sales and marketing on market intelligence to ensure we take every opportunity to improve our Market Intelligence forecasting. This full-time position $160,442 per year. Applicants must have work knowledge of a supply chain.

Responsibilities for Demand Planning Analyst:

• Candidate must have ability to collaborate with DP analyst team and Sub-region Demand planner to continually review best practices of IBP and other demand planning/ forecasting tools, processes, and procedures.
• To identify and with the support of DP Analyst and Sub-region Demand Planner to investigate root causes of forecast errors.
• To support the implementation of the International Modern Market Roadmap for forecast improvement aligned to the priorities of your manager N+2 (senior Demand Planning Manager).
• To represent demand planning and promote its good practice and strategy within the market and with key market stakeholders.

Qualifications for Demand Planning Analyst:

• Candidate must be able to work with an international team remotely.
• Ability to Working knowledge of a Supply Chain including specific DP background better.
• Strong IT skills i.e. Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Very good communication skills.
