Job Overview

The Electrician role is based on-site at the University of Auckland Accommodation portfolio. The primary responsibilities include:

• Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM):Scheduled inspections and servicing of electrical systems.
• Reactive Maintenance:Addressing unexpected electrical issues promptly.
• Project Works:Assisting with minor electrical projects as required.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team comprising plumbers, HVAC technicians, and building maintenance staff, ensuring the facilities is maintained to a high standard.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

• NZ Electrical License (no limits)
• Electrical Trade Qualification
• Commercial Maintenance Experience(preferred)
• Knowledge of Electrical Testing Procedures
• Commitment to Health and Safety Standards
• Full, Clean Driver’s License
• Eligibility to Work in New Zealand
