ANZCO Foods is currently seeking a qualified electrician to join their team at their Marlborough site in New Zealand. The electrician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure the efficient operation of our food processing facility. Responsibilities of Electrician:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• The position is responsible for all things Electrical at site and reports directly to their Engineering Manager.
• This position is full time, they are a seasonal business so the hours will increase and decrease in line with work flows however the position is a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Troubleshooting electrical faults and issues.
• Conducting regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
• Adhering to all safety procedures and regulations.

Requirements for Job:

• Electrical trade qualification (Electrician’s license).
• Proven experience working as an Electrician, preferably in a food processing or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
