Responsibilities of Electrician:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Inspecting electrical systems and equipment to identify faults and potential issues.
• Performing preventative maintenance to ensure the reliability and safety of electrical systems.
• Responding to electrical emergencies and outages to restore service.
• Adhering to safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements for Job:

• Electrical trade qualification (Electrician’s license).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency callouts.
• The ideal candidate will have an EWRB full Electrician registration.
• You will preferably have 5+ years’ experience within the heavy industrial sector.
• Your success in this role will depend on your ability to be able to work independently as well as work within a team.
• A flexible and can-do attitude is also essential to this role.
• They are seeking someone who is motivated and driven to complete and deliver projects on time and executed at the highest of standards.
