About the Job
We are hiring factory workers to support the operation of production lines, assembly, inspection, and packaging of high-precision parts. This is a full-time role suitable for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and ready to work in a team-based environment.

Qualifications and Experience
- No formal education required
- Prior experience in factory work is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Basic understanding of English or Mandarin (preferred)
- Must meet Taiwan’s visa and labor requirements (for overseas applicants)
Skills and Responsibilities
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently
- Assemble small parts according to instructions
- Inspect products for quality control
- Pack and label finished products
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow supervisor’s instructions and production goals
Benefits
- Monthly salary: NT$23,800 – 30,000+(plus overtime and night shift allowance)
