Position Summary

Join a fast-growing Taiwanese pet brand (specializing in quality and health-focused pet products) through The Adecco Group. As a Key Account Manager, you will manage and expand major retail partnerships, collaboratively plan and execute marketing initiatives, and use strategic and data-driven insights to drive growth and product presence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and strengthen relationships with large chain retail partners

Propose and implement new product listings and promotional strategies

Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, product, and sales teams on marketing projects

Analyze sales results and market trends to recommend growth strategies

Identify and develop potential new channels to increase product exposure

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in chain retail account management

Strong strategic thinking and data analysis capabilities

Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and negotiation skills

A genuine affinity for working in a pet-friendly office environment
