Location & Work Type

• Job Type: Full-time, permanent

• Location: Ashburn, Ontario (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involved in mushroom cultivation and harvesting

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of production areas to meet safety standards

• Assist with packaging and preparing mushrooms for distribution

• Operate basic farm machinery and tools as required

• Follow company protocols related to quality control and safety

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements (Eligibility Criteria)

• No formal degree or diploma required

• Between 1 and 7 months of relevant experience preferred, but not essential

• Ability to work on-site at the farm location

• Physically fit to handle farm labor and stand for extended periods

• Willingness to work in a team environment

• Basic understanding of English for communication purposes
