Responsibilities of New 2024 Job:

• Demonstrate day to day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen our Co-op’s vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety.
• Perform outstanding guest service.
• Assist guests with item selection and make product recommendations based on an inquiring approach.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards of the department.
• Practice and maintain safe procedures for the handling and stocking of merchandise.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, receiving of merchandise, stocking shelves, operating till systems, shovelings snow and spreading salt/sand.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, yard and shed areas and to load products into customers vehicles.
• Provide full-service fuel pump assistance.
• Perform cashiering duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
