Robo-Tek International is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in our Campbellfield, VIC office. This is a casual position where you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you’ll be doing

  • Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and general office duties
  • Providing reception duties including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing correspondence
  • Assisting with the organisation and coordination of office supplies and equipment
  • Supporting the wider team with ad hoc tasks and projects as required

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional manner
  • Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
