Job Overview

As an Operations Associate in the Partner Operations Department, you will play a vital role in enhancing driver productivity, managing quality standards, and maintaining smooth daily logistics operations. You will collaborate with internal teams, government projects, and external partners to optimize service delivery and ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely on projects involving public sector and government initiatives.

• Oversee driver partner quality control and provide actionable improvement plans.

• Analyze operational metrics to identify issues and recommend process optimizations.

• Assist driver partners through in-person and phone support, enhancing service quality and satisfaction.

• Support cross-departmental projects and logistics dispatch initiatives.

• Provide operational backup for special delivery assignments as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary: NT$30,000 – NT$35,000 (based on experience and qualifications).

• Open to both entry-level applicants and those with relevant experience. Final compensation will be determined based on individual capabilities.
