Operations Supervisor Job in Australia

Transdev is actively seeking for operations supervisor to join our dedicated team in Brisbane QLD, Australia. The ideal candidate must have ability to maintaining a visible presence in the Depot, particularly at peak times to support drivers. This is fresh level full-time position offers a competitive salary range form $60,000-$75,000 per year.

Responsibilities for Operations Supervisor:

• Candidate must have ability to assisting the OCC operators to manage daily bus driver shifts changes and roaster variations.
• Ability to leading the coordination of rail replacement buses and events work with the operations scheduling officer.
• Ensuring our contractual requirements are being met.
• Support the operations manager to provide after-hours incident response and support of on road incidents.

Qualifications for Operations Supervisor:

• Candidate must have demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team.
• Proven ability to build rapport anad foster positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations, making thoughtful decisions and managing crises effectively.
• Previous operational experience in a public transport industry.
