Payroll Officer Job in Australia

GenusPlus Group is actively seeking for payroll officer to join our dedicated team in Perth WA, Australia. This is fresh level full-time position offers a competitive salaryr ange from $55,000-$70,000 per year. The ideal candidate must have ability to processing end-to-end weekly and fornightly payrolls accurately and on time.

Responsibilities for Payroll Officer:

• Candidate must have ability to ensure accurate calculation and withholding of income tax and superannuation contributions.
• Assist in the resolution of complex payroll queries and issues.
• Manage the provision of timely, relevant and accurate reporting for internal and external stakeholders including statutory and regulatory bodies.
• Ability to work autonomously and a strong team contributor.

Qualifications for Payroll Officer:

• Candidate must have 2-3 years of prior experience in end to end payroll processing with high volume.
• Previous experience with interpreting and understanding industrial instruments including awards, enterprise agreementse and common law arrangements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and a strong team contributor.
• Strong analytical skills and intermediate excel skills.
