- Facilitating project team and client meetings/teleconferences, e.g. scheduling, preparing meeting materials, agendas and meeting minutes
- Facilitating internal and external system access for study participants
- Developing and maintaining project tracking tools and generating project status reports
- Facilitating project team compliance, e.g. project specific training, CTMS and TMF compliance
- Assisting with TMF maintenance and Quality Review
What do you need to have?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or international equivalent in health sciences or related field, preferred
- 1-3 years’ experience in clinical project administration, TMF (Trial Master File) or other relevant experience, preferred
- CRO, pharmaceutical or clinical research experience, preferred
- Previous experience using computerized information systems and standard application software (Windows, MS Office)
- High working knowledge with Word, PowerPoint and Excel, preferred
- Fluency in English in required.
