About the job.

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for

Managing timelines, budgets, and resources for home appliance product development projects, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery
Coordinating with design and engineering teams to develop innovative home appliance prototypes meeting market and quality standards
Overseeing testing and validation phases, resolving technical issues to ensure appliances meet performance, safety, and durability requirements
Collaborating with suppliers and manufacturing partners to align production processes with project goals and cost objectives efficiently
Preparing detailed project plans and progress reports, facilitating communication between stakeholders to drive successful outcomes consistently
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards, integrating feedback to enhance home appliance functionality and design

Skills & experiences required.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in home appliance or consumer product development
Strong organizational skills, with expertise in managing technical projects and cross-functional teams
Proactive problem-solver with excellent analytical and communication abilities
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
