Responsibilities for Recruitment Advisor:

  • Candidate must have ability to coordinating interview schedules between candidate and hiring manager.
  • Ability to advising on recruitment best practices, market trands.
  • Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements in the recruitment process to increase efficiency.

Qualifications for Recruitment Advisor:

  • Candidate must have bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration and psychology.
  • Must have certificate IV in Human resource management.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and  talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in MS office suite and recruitment tools.
