Security Operations Advisor Job In Australia

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking for security operations advisor to join their team in Southbank, Brisbane, Australia. The ideal candidate must have ability to managing security services at the multiple venues. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range from $48-$49 per hour. Applicants must have experience in managing incident reporting systems and generating accurate, insightful reports.

Responsibilities for Security Operations Advisor:

• Lead day-to-day management of Front-of-House operations, including public inquiries, contractor access.
• Operate and maintain the Incident Reporting System to ensure data accuracy and provide reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the Contractor Management System to ensure compliance and maintain site security.
• Administer and audit the Photo ID Card system, create new access cards, and manage access levels.

Qualifications for Security Operations Advisor:

• Proven ability to oversee access control, induction, and evacuation procedures in a busy environment.
• Experience in managing incident reporting systems and generating accurate, insightful reports.
• Ability to monitor contractor compliance and ensure site security using systems like SinePro.
• Ability to quickly learn and manage security systems, including CCTV and ID card systems, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
• Excellent communication skills with experience working with both internal teams and external agencies.
