As a senior farm hand/Ag Mechanic, selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of their farm operations. Combining hands-on farming experience with mechanical expertise, he will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of agricultural equipment and machinery. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the day-to-day operations of the farm, working closely with other team members to achieve production targets and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities of Senior Farm Hand:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems, and other farm machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, implementing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to identify potential problems and ensure equipment reliability.
• Assist with planting, cultivating, harvesting, and other farm activities as required, operating machinery safely and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory levels.

Eligibility Criteria for Senior Farm Hand:

• Extensive experience in farm operations, with a strong understanding of agricultural practices and machinery.
• Proven mechanical aptitude, with demonstrated experience in diagnosing and repairing agricultural equipment.
• Proficiency in operating a wide range of farm machinery, including tractors, combines, and implements.
• Solid understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
