Key Responsibilities
Execute the global supply plan for an assigned portfolio, managing the end to end process from planning through procurement while ensuring adherence to global On Time Delivery targets.
Actively resolve operational issues through cross functional collaboration, including inbound receiving discrepancies, and partner with suppliers, third party logistics warehouse teams, and Finance to clear accounts payable exceptions.
Prioritize and expedite daily shortages to meet customer requirements, adjusting commitments promptly, managing due dates in the enterprise resource planning system, and communicating changes to stakeholders.
Own reverse logistics investigations including returns, return merchandise authorizations, and repairs, reconciling open issues with strong attention to detail and driving closure with root cause actions.
Apply Lean ways of working as part of daily operations, continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is required, or equivalent experience. Candidates must have several years of experience in a Buyer, Planner, Logistics, or Supply Chain role, with hands on experience using Oracle or a comparable ERP system including planning, purchasing, and product lifecycle modules. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel and Outlook, is essential. Familiarity with inventory planning tools such as Baxter Planning or Prophet is highly valued. Experience with Power Query, Power BI, or basic SQL for data preparation and ad hoc analysis is a plus, as is ASCM or APICS coursework or certification. Prior experience in spares and consumables planning for service operations in analytical instruments, medical devices, or industrial equipment, along with familiarity with ISO 9001 environments, is preferred.

This full time onsite role in Redwood City, California offers an annual salary range of $83,000 to $110,000, with bonus and incentive pay opportunities.
