Job Overview: Valet Driver

As a Valet Driver at Marina Bay Sands, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through professional and efficient vehicle handling. Your responsibilities will encompass managing valet vehicles, assisting with traffic flow, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of guests. This full-time position requires a proactive and service-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in outdoor conditions.
• Willingness to perform shift duties, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle valet vehicles within the property in line with departmental standards.
• Operate the Valet Management System according to departmental guidelines.
• Assist in managing traffic around the property.
• Ensure safety measures for self, guests, and vehicles are practiced.
• Manage taxi queues according to departmental guidelines.
• Direct vehicles into specific areas of the self-park whenever required.
• Handle guest luggage, including loading and unloading.
• Provide information on property knowledge, including valet and self-park related queries.
• Deliver an Arrival Experience in line with Marina Bay Sands’ standards.
• Work as a team to achieve departmental KPIs and audit scores.
• Maintain operational equipment in working order and ensure supplies are sufficient.
• Assist with other operational and departmental duties when required.
• Monitor and report any anomalies to the Valet management team for immediate action.
