Warehouse Operator Job in Australia

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operator to join the dynamic and fast-paced team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for handling timber flooring products, operating forklifts, and assisting with warehouse operations. If you thrive in a physically demanding environment, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy working with your hands, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and handle products weighing between 5-12kg.
• Use hand tools such as drop saws and hand drills to assist with timber processing.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, staying on your feet for long periods.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid LF forklift licence (essential).
• Reliability is a must – we need someone who is punctual and dependable
• Experience operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts.
• Previous experience in a hands-on role, ideally within a warehouse, manufacturing, or construction environment.
• Experience with hand tools such as drop saws and hand drills.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing 5-12kg regularly.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
