Welder and Flame Cutter Job In Singapore

Blossom Engineering & Construction PTE. LTD is seeking for welder and flame cutter to join their team in Syed Alwi Road in Singapore. The ideal candidate must have ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine the specific welding. This is fresh/entry level full-time role. For this position salary range from $1800-$3500 per month.

Requirements for Welder and Flame Cutter:

• Proven 3 years of experience as welder.
• Candidate must have experience in using electrical or manual tools including saws, squares, callipers etc.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures (ARC, MIG, TIG etc.)
• Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (coverall, face-shield, apron, gloves etc.)

Responsibilities for Welder and Flame Cutter:

• Candidate must have ability to read and interpret blueprints and/or drawings to determine the specific welding requirements
• ARC, MIG and TIG weld steel, aluminium and stainless steel components based on the specifications of the blueprints and drawings
• Produce templates and other work aids
• Set up welding cells for serial production runs
• Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities.
• Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards.
