About the Plumber Role
The Plumber role at Borg’s Crossmuller division in Mount Gambier, South Australia, is a full-time, permanent position focused on the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and fixtures across a variety of construction sites. As part of a dynamic and growing team, you will work on both commercial and industrial projects, liaising closely with builders, foremen, and project managers to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Relevant trade qualification
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Current WHS white card
- Extensive plumbing experience
- Ability to liaise with builders, foremen, and project managers during contract works
- Poly welding (both Butt and fusion) experience is advantageous
- Excavator experience preferred
- Commercial/industrial experience
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Willingness to train apprentices to ensure they become skilled trades people
Skills
- Proficient in installing, repairing, and maintaining various plumbing systems.
- Ability to liaise effectively with builders, foremen, and project managers.
- Experience in poly welding (both Butt and fusion) and operating excavators.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently.
