Boilermaker/Welder – Full-Time Position

Job Overview

We’re seeking a skilled Boilermaker/Welder to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and components. You’ll work with precision tools and welding equipment to meet project specifications, ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications

• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and equipment using MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques

• Operate tools such as grinders, cutters, and presses safely and efficiently

• Inspect and test welded surfaces for structural integrity and compliance

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company safety protocols

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards

  Eligibility Criteria

  To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Relevant trade qualification in Boilermaking or Welding (e.g. Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade)
• Proven experience in metal fabrication and welding (MIG, TIG, and Arc preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and practices
• Physical fitness to perform manual tasks and work in workshop or site environments
• Valid driver’s licence (preferred but not essential)
