Product Supply Manager Jobs In Hong Kong

Procter and Gamble needs a Product Supply Manager to join its Hong Kong team. This full time role is open to current university students graduating in 2026 or graduates with up to three years of work experience. You will work in different assignments every two to three years. This rotation model helps you build skills across the end to end supply chain. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply teams. Key Responsibilities

In Demand Planning, you will:

• Monitor and analyze product performance under different business scenarios

• Project future demand based on market trends

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply teams

• Develop, review, and execute business plans

In Customer Logistics Management, you will:

• Work with customers’ supply chains to improve cash and cost

• Focus on product availability, speed, and channel efficiency

• Lead order management to ensure the right service at the right cost

• Design solutions with key customers

In Operations and Planning Management, you will:

• Lead international shipments from global sourcing sites

• Develop a competitive distribution strategy for Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Macau

• Optimize local customization costs through sustainable packaging designs

• Manage third party logistics and warehouse operations

• Ensure smooth operations and on time delivery

As a Product Supply Manager, you will also:

• Forecast customer demand and own production planning

• Manage information flow across the entire supply chain

• Oversee physical flow from suppliers to production plants to distribution centres to retail shelves

• Work closely with internal and external functions

Qualifications

• Currently working towards a bachelor or above degree in an accredited university, graduating in 2026

• Or zero to three years of work experience after graduation

• Passion for working in a diversified business environment

• Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills

• Ability to lead, communicate, and collaborate effectively

• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (written and spoken)

• Strong sense of ownership and self discipline
