A leading FMCG company in Hong Kong needs a Sales Manager to join its team. This full time role involves business development and identifying new opportunities to expand the business. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. You will also assist internal teams in preparing proposals and leading client discussions. In addition, you will track leads and follow up systematically to drive conversion. Frequent travel to Korea is required for business development. If you have at least five years of relevant experience in business development and speak Korean fluently, this role suits you. An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to multitask are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities continuously
Expand the company’s market presence through strategic initiatives
Build and maintain business relationships with key clients
Provide exceptional account management and client servicing
Assist internal teams in preparing proposals for clients
Lead client discussions and presentations confidently
Maintain structured tracking and follow up on leads
Drive lead conversion through consistent engagement
Travel frequently to Korea for business development activities
Work closely with other teams to align with client needs
Adapt quickly to changing market conditions and priorities
Qualifications
Bachelor degree holder in any discipline
At least five years of relevant working experience in business development
Korean speaking and writing is a must
Fluency in English is required
Japanese language skills are a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, driven attitude
Ability to cope with changes and manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel to Korea frequently
