Assistant Officer, Agency Marketing Jobs In Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing agency marketing and promotional activities

• Coordinate with vendors, media outlets, and internal teams for campaign execution

• Manage social media accounts and update digital content regularly

• Track and report on the performance of marketing activities

• Support event organization and participation to boost agency visibility

• Ensure timely delivery of agency marketing materials and collateral

• Maintain records of agency marketing activities and campaigns for future reference

• Support the development and dissemination of Prime Blue recruitment materials

• Help reconfigure recruitment events and seminars to improve engagement

• Contribute to targeted content strategies on media platforms

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

• Promote Prime Blue initiatives and facilitate community building activities among agents

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline

• One year of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or event coordination is preferred

• Experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage

• Familiarity with digital marketing channels including social media management and content creation

• Basic understanding of marketing campaigns, branding, and promotional activities

• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms

• Creative mindset with an eye for detail in content development and campaign execution

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
