Job Duties

• Devise event and programme strategies and implementation plans

• Prepare project proposals for clients and stakeholders

• Handle daily client servicing and secretariat support

• Track project timelines and budgets

• Prepare progress and completion reports

• Manage vendors and partners to deliver events, programmes, and PR campaigns

• Deliver PR projects and marketing campaigns

• Assist in creating social media content and video production

• Provide PR writing and consultancy services

• Monitor and respond swiftly to unexpected issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, or a related discipline

• One to four years of relevant experience in agency or in house event management, marketing, or PR

• Experience with government or publicly funded projects is highly valued

• Candidates with four or more years of solid experience will be considered for Senior Executive

• Confident and presentable for external communications

• Excellent bilingual writing skills, with a considerable portion of written materials in English

• Fluent Cantonese and English speaker

• AI collaboration skills are a core hiring consideration

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Ability to handle crises and juggle multiple projects with overlapping timelines

• Experience in operations or project secretariat is a plus

• Interest in public affairs and social impact PR and marketing promotion

• Capability in 2D graphic design, animation, or video editing is an advantage (AI assisted workflow)

The monthly salary for these roles ranges from HKD 25000 to 40000 depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a five day working week, annual leave, birthday leave, and bank holidays.
